Minus Tjeenk Willink is a Yachtmaster Ocean and experienced offshore skipper. He has completed multiple Atlantic crossings and spent years delivering yachts professionally, often sailing short-handed over long distances.
In parallel with his sailing career, he works as a business mediator and independent negotiation facilitator, specializing in cross-cultural partnerships, commercial negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Whether offshore or in the midst of conflict, both disciplines reach a point of no return. What happens next depends on preparation, perspective, and trust in your own ability to navigate complexity. That shared reliance on calm under pressure is what brings both disciplines together.
